Fully-immersive virtual reality
This training simulation uses a Virtual Experiential Learning Environment (VELE) to allow learners to actively practice their communication in virtual reality. In this VELE, the learner is tasked with resolving a customer's complaint, and must practice speaking aloud the appropriate responses to a virtual customer's avatar in a simulated conversation. This training uses fully-immersive virtual reality and is accessible by an Oculus Quest or Oculus Quest 2 headset.
360-degree video simulations
This e-learning module offers learners the opportunity to assess their comprehension of fundamental customer service principles. It involves active participation in a simulated conversation with a customer, represented by a 3D-animated character. The module utilizes 360-degree video renders to recreate the workplace environment of a computer store. This project was created with Adobe Captivate.
360-degree virtual exhibit (mobile vr)
This virtual exhibit allows you to explore various examples of famous brutalist architecture through immersive 360-degree videos. The exhibit features detailed 3D models of architecture showcasing the unique characteristics of brutalist design. Learners can experience this virtual exhibit using a computer, or a mobile phone HMD, such as a cardboard headset.
